Dean executed our renovation in a fast manner. He always arrived when he said he was coming, his communication and building knowledge is A grade. Dean is neat and extremely well organised. I would totally recommend Fine Design to anyone! Nothing was a problem for Dean. He won't disappoint.

I called Dean initially to help with a few small carpentry jobs around our house as it was 40 years old and needed a little TLC. Little did he know I would have him on speed dial for months as we were impacted by storm damage and flooding. Instead of using the insurance companies' builders, we immediately said we wanted to use our own and called Dean.
Over the few months, dean stripped out all damaged rooms in the granny flat downstairs, managed the rebuild of all rooms, walls, door, kitchen, linen closet, stairs.. and when he was finished with that we moved him upstairs to fix leaking skylight, completed an ensuite renovation - then we had to change out massive sliding doors and windows due to termite damage.
If you are after an honest carpenter with a great team around him, Dean is the guy - we feel completely comfortable with giving him our keys and heading to work - we know at the end of the day he cleans up after himself, makes sure the pets don't escape and treats our property like his own.
